Counseling Student Intern
Lindsey is a Master’s candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy with a bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology. With over 15 years of experience as a nonprofit leader serving marginalized communities, she is passionate about supporting adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Lindsey works with couples navigating the complexities of marriage and parenting, and has a special interest in walking alongside mothers facing postpartum anxiety, depression, and identity shifts. As a mom of four, she brings empathy, real-life insight, and a warm, client-centered approach to therapy. She is especially committed to helping partners strengthen their connection while raising children. Lindsey is supervised by Dr. Nicole Vargas, LMFT-S and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor.
