Ashley Earle

Ashley is a Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling Intern at the University of North Texas at Dallas, under the site supervision of Elisha Lambert, MS, LPC-S, RPT-S, ICST. Her journey began with four years of teaching English abroad, where she gained valuable insights into cultural understanding and communication. She then spent three rewarding years working with children on the autism spectrum, which deepened her passion for emotional and social development.  Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Ashley’s therapy approach is influenced by the Adlerian framework, emphasizing social connections, community, and encouragement. In her sessions, you can expect a warm, patient, and engaging atmosphere. She enjoys incorporating humor into her discussions, making it easier for children to express themselves and feel comfortable.

Her goal is to create a safe space for children to explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. Outside of therapy, Ashley enjoys learning languages and reading history books. With seven years in education, she is dedicated to supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children and adolescents and looks forward to partnering with you on this journey.
